Food & Beverage Attendant – Part‑Time / Casual

About the role

Join Pullman Adelaide’s vibrant food and beverage team and work across multiple outlets, including in‑room dining, conferences, minibar, and the restaurant. You will deliver high‑standard service, creating memorable experiences for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests, taking orders and delivering service according to brand standards.
• Promote specials, make menu recommendations and ensure accurate order delivery.
• Maintain and stock your section, keeping it clean and well‑presented.
• Prepare and uphold mise en place, adhering to hygiene and presentation guidelines.

Required profile

• Current and valid RSA in South Australia.
• Excellent customer‑service attitude and ability to tell a story through service.
• Professional grooming, approachable personality and ability to work under pressure.
• Australian working rights and flexibility to work nights and weekends.

Required skills

• RSA certification (Responsible Service of Alcohol).
