Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking

About the role
The Corporate Banking team at ANZ manages relationships with middle‑market customers, including large private families, ASX small‑medium caps, sporting groups and professional services firms. This permanent, full‑time position is based in Melbourne and focuses on both growing existing accounts and originating new business.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with corporate customers in the middle‑market segment.
- Develop new connections and leverage existing networks to originate new‑to‑bank business.
- Collaborate with product partners to deliver banking solutions that meet client objectives.
Required profile
- Enjoy working with people, building relationships and networking.
- Strong self‑awareness, listening skills and ability to adapt communication style.
- Resilience, high motivation and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, unpredictable environment.
Required skills
- Credit analysis and structuring capabilities.
- Stakeholder management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
