About the role
Marsh Risk is looking for a Rehabilitation Counsellor to join the Recovre team. The role is based in Brisbane, Cairns or Rockhampton and operates in a hybrid model with at least three days per week in the office.
Key responsibilities
- Build trust with clients and collaborate with stakeholders to support safe, sustainable return to work.
- Identify barriers to return to work, develop plans and achieve recovery outcomes.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments including vocational, pre‑employment, activities of daily living, workplace and ergonomic evaluations.
- Manage case documentation, reporting and travel to client sites as needed.
Required profile
- Full ASORC membership or AHPRA registration.
- Experience in rehabilitation counselling is preferred.
