Rehabilitation Consultant – Occupational Therapist

About the role

Join IPAR, a national occupational rehabilitation provider, as a Rehabilitation Consultant in Orange, NSW. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver occupational rehabilitation services across various schemes, helping clients achieve sustainable return-to-health and return-to-work outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a manageable caseload with support from Rehabilitation Assistants.
• Conduct clinical and vocational assessments, including initial, workplace, and functional capacity assessments.
• Partner with employers and employees to deliver injury prevention and workplace education programs.
• Identify barriers and design practical solutions to support recovery and return to work.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA registration.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Empathy, resilience and a client‑centred approach.
• Current NSW driver’s licence and access to an insured vehicle.

Required skills

• Occupational Therapy clinical expertise.
• Ability to conduct functional capacity and workplace assessments.
