RAC Funding Assessor – Part‑time

About the role

Join a regional team delivering Residential Aged Care Funding Assessments across Central West NSW. You will travel to aged care homes, interview residents and staff, and review health records to complete AN‑ACC assessments that determine funding levels.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct AN‑ACC assessments using desktop review, observations and conversations.
• Travel across the designated region and provide support to other regions as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and submit assessments for funding classification.

Required profile

• 5+ years post‑registration clinical experience in aged care.
• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration (Nursing, Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy).
• Demonstrated experience with dementia care and clinical assessment tools.
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
