About the role
We are seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant to join our flexible contractor team, supporting clients in achieving sustainable return‑to‑work outcomes across locations in Orange and Batemans Bay.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of clients, providing assessment, treatment planning and injury management.
- Engage with stakeholders, including employers, health professionals and insurers, to coordinate rehabilitation pathways.
Required profile
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling or a related field.
- Current registration with relevant professional bodies (e.g., AHPRA, ASORC, RCAA) and proven experience in workplace rehabilitation or injury management.
Required skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload.
