About the role
Join the Recovre Rehabilitation team at Marsh in Dalyellup, working in a flexible hybrid environment after probation. You will support injured clients across workers compensation, life and CTP insurance schemes, guiding them through their recovery journey.
Key responsibilities
- Actively manage a client portfolio with commitment and care.
- Establish collaborative partnerships with clients and stakeholders to achieve safe, sustainable outcomes.
- Conduct a range of vocational and non‑vocational assessments.
- Contribute to a safe and supportive workplace culture.
- Manage time effectively while working on‑site, in the office and from home.
Required profile
- Qualified Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, Osteopath or Chiropractor.
- Registration with AHPRA or ESSA (AEP).
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (or access to company vehicle perks).
Required skills
- Strong influencing skills to empower clients in their recovery.
- Collaborative mindset for multi‑disciplinary team work.
