Rehabilitation Consultant

About the role

Join the Recovre Rehabilitation team at Marsh in Dalyellup, working in a flexible hybrid environment after probation. You will empower injured clients to thrive by guiding them through their rehabilitation journey across workers compensation, life and CTP insurance schemes.

Key responsibilities

• Actively manage a client portfolio with commitment and care.
• Establish collaborative partnerships with clients and stakeholders to achieve safe, sustainable outcomes.
• Conduct a range of vocational and non‑vocational assessments.
• Contribute to a safe and supportive workplace culture.
• Manage time effectively while working on‑site, in the office and from home.

Required profile

• Qualified Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, Osteopath or Chiropractor.
• Registration with AHPRA or ESSA (AEP).
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (or access to vehicle perks).

Required skills

• Strong influencing skills to empower clients in their recovery journey.
• Collaborative mindset for multi‑disciplinary team work.
