About the role

Dyvest Health Care operates 16 modern medical centres across NSW and is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its professional team in a well‑equipped general practice setting. The role involves delivering a wide range of primary‑care nursing services to patients in Hornsby, Hurstville or West Ryde.

Key responsibilities

• Provide immunisations and vaccinations, including COVID‑19.
• Conduct health assessments and develop care plans.
• Deliver diabetes care and education.
• Implement infection control procedures.
• Manage wound care and dressing changes.
• Assist with minor procedures.
• Participate in accreditation activities.
• Lead preventive health initiatives and patient education.
• Perform triage management and general nursing duties as required.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of experience in a general practice setting.
• Current registration with AHPRA.
• Current CPR certification.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Full Australian work rights.
