Clinical Nurse Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a passionate, consumer‑focused Clinical Nurse Advisor to join our Continence Care team in Sydney on a part‑time (0.8 FTE) fixed‑term basis. In this role you will deliver bladder and bowel clinics across community, virtual and face‑to‑face settings, providing assessments, education and follow‑up care to consumers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver bladder and bowel clinics in community, virtual and face‑to‑face settings, including consumer assessments and follow‑up care.
• Provide evidence‑based therapy recommendations, product education and support optimal clinical outcomes.
• Deliver continence education programmes and training across hospitals, community and aged‑care settings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, patient organisations and clinical support teams.
• Stay informed of market developments, including NDIS and industry trends, to enhance service delivery.
• Monitor, capture and report on key activity and performance metrics, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
• Continence nursing qualification or demonstrated experience in a continence nursing role.
• Experience in community, disability, aged‑care or healthcare settings is highly regarded.
• Strong clinical assessment and education skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Excellent communication and relationship skills with a consumer‑centric approach.
• Highly organised, adaptable and able to manage priorities across a territory.
• Ability to combine clinical expertise with a commercial mindset while demonstrating Coloplast’s values.
