Registered Nurse - Primary Health (Day Shifts)

About the role

Healthcare Australia is looking for a Registered Nurse to work in its primary health service in Pinkenba. The role is day-shift only, with permanent full-time, part-time and casual positions available. You will provide holistic, person-centred care and work closely with GPs, allied health professionals, nurses and external providers to assess health needs and coordinate care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based nursing care and chronic disease management
• Administer medications and immunisations
• Perform wound care, blood collection and other clinical procedures
• Support health promotion and patient education
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams and external providers

Required profile

• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
• Minimum of 5 years' post-registration clinical experience
• Strong clinical assessment, communication and multidisciplinary teamwork skills
