Registered Nurse – Primary Health (Day shifts)

About the role

Join Healthcare Australia as a Primary Health Registered Nurse working day‑only shifts in Pinkenba. You will deliver holistic, person‑centred care alongside GPs, allied health professionals and external providers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide evidence‑based nursing care and chronic disease management.
• Administer medications, immunisations, and perform wound care, blood collection and other clinical procedures.
• Support health promotion, patient education and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams.

Required profile

• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1).
• Minimum 5 years post‑registration clinical experience.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication and teamwork abilities.
