About the role
The Registered Nurse will provide clinical leadership on the night shift, ensuring high‑quality care for residents and compliance with legislative requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop care plans.
- Oversee delivery of care, coordinate data collection, and ensure adherence to standards and occupational health and safety legislation.
Required profile
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and AHPRA registration.
- Effective communication, multitasking, and delegation skills.
Required skills
- Clinical assessment and care planning.
- Knowledge of Residential Aged Care Standards and OH&S legislation.
