Registered Nurse – Mobile Assertive Treatment Team

About the role

The Mobile Assertive Treatment Team provides community mental health services, delivering assessment, treatment and care coordination to consumers across Sydney. This permanent full‑time position supports short‑term and ongoing interventions within a recovery‑oriented framework.

Key responsibilities

• Provide intake, assessment and consultation for mental health consumers.
• Deliver evidence‑based treatment and coordinate care plans, including short‑term and extended care coordination.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care and appropriate referrals.

Required profile

• Current nursing registration with AHPRA.
• Demonstrated competency in contemporary mental health practice.
• Commitment to recovery‑oriented services and consumer involvement.
• Valid NSW driver’s licence (P1 or P2 acceptable).

Required skills

• Knowledge of mental health nursing standards and practices.
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and coordinate care.
