About the role

Join Healthcare Australia as a Mental Health Registered Nurse delivering person‑centred, high‑quality care within a primary health services setting. The position offers day‑only shifts Monday‑Friday with both full‑time and part‑time options.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a wide range of mental health services including crisis intervention, risk assessments and medication administration.
• Deliver psycho‑education and support to individuals with complex mental health needs, ensuring trauma‑informed, culturally respectful care.

Required profile

• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1).
• Either 5+ years mental health RN experience with a postgraduate qualification, or 7+ years experience without the qualification.
• Strong communication and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Clinical expertise in mental health nursing.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and crisis interventions.
• Experience with medication administration and psycho‑education.
