About the role

HammondCare Horsley is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for permanent, part‑time and casual positions. The role focuses on person‑centred, relationship‑focused care within a consultative and advisory framework.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical support and oversight for residential care staff.
• Advise, mentor and educate care staff on clinical processes.
• Participate in case management and clinical decision‑making.
• Implement resident comfort initiatives and maintain professional competence.

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration with 2‑3 years aged‑care experience.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Experience caring for people living with dementia.
• Strong teamwork orientation and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficient administrative and computer skills.
