About the role

Regis is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its aged‑care team at the Greenbank facility. You will deliver high‑quality, person‑centred clinical care while supporting and leading the care team in a safe environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical care to residents, including assessment, planning and delivery of nursing interventions.
• Lead, mentor and support care staff to maintain high standards of practice.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, timely and complies with regulatory requirements.
• Promote a warm, respectful atmosphere that upholds resident dignity.

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Strong clinical assessment and care‑planning abilities.
• Proven capability to lead, mentor and support care staff.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Collaborative, resident‑focused approach with a commitment to quality care.
