Registered Nurse Grade 2 (Casual) - Corowa Court

About the role

A not-for-profit aged care provider is looking for experienced Registered Nurses Grade 2 to join its team at Corowa Court in Mornington on a casual basis. You will support the home across a range of shifts and provide safe, high-quality, person-centred clinical care to residents. Casual shifts may be available across AM, PM and Night Duty, including weekdays and weekends; broad availability is highly regarded.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care in line with residents' assessed needs and care plans
• Complete clinical assessments and respond to changes in residents' health and wellbeing
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Provide guidance and clinical support to Personal Care Workers and other team members
• Communicate with residents, families, medical practitioners and other health professionals
• Support clinical governance, infection prevention, quality and safety requirements
• Respond to incidents, deterioration and other clinical concerns

Required profile

• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Relevant RN experience, ideally in residential aged care
• Current NDIS Worker Screening clearance, or ability to obtain one
• Current Australian work rights and ability to meet pre-employment compliance requirements
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts according to operational requirements

What we offer

• Casual RN Grade 2 rates of $56.90-$66.03 per hour including 25% casual loading, depending on classification and experience
