About the role

Bolton Clarke is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for its residential aged‑care homes across Far North Queensland. The role involves delivering high‑quality clinical care, supporting resident independence, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide and monitor resident care using systematic clinical decision‑making.
• Develop therapeutic relationships and ensure resident health and wellness.
• Collaborate with the health‑care team to achieve resident outcomes.
• Participate in creating a supportive environment for residents and staff.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year full‑time (or equivalent) experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Current AHPRA registration and relevant nursing qualifications.
• Valid Australian working rights.
• Valid Police Check or NDIS Worker Screen, flu vaccination (or willingness), and COVID‑19 vaccination as required.
