Registered Nurse – Eastern Suburbs

About the role

Join Prestige Inhome Care as a Registered Nurse delivering high‑quality clinical care in people’s homes across Ringwood, Croydon and the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. You will work autonomously, providing person‑centred support to clients with diverse health needs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and maintain accurate records.
• Provide wound care, catheter care and other technical nursing procedures.
• Administer medications within your scope of practice and monitor client wellbeing.
• Support personal care, social interaction and community access as required.
• Collaborate with GPs, specialists, allied health professionals and the wider care team.

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Solid post‑registration experience across multiple clinical settings.
• Reliable, organised, proactive and able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Valid driver’s licence, reliable insured vehicle and willingness to travel up to 30 minutes between clients.
