Administration Officer

About the role

Join the administration team at Each to provide essential support across Clinical and Complex Care Services. You will work closely with nurses, GPs and allied health professionals to ensure customers receive high‑quality care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality administrative support for Clinical and Complex Care programs, including appointment, referral and clinician schedule management.
• Assist with customer onboarding, service agreements, correspondence, waiting‑list management and MBS billing processes.
• Create and maintain reports, meeting minutes, presentations and other program documentation.
• Support organisational, funding and legislative compliance reporting and coordinate project administration, logistics and tracking of actions.

Required profile

• Organised, proactive and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
• Experience in an administrative, reception or office support role with strong time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with high emotional intelligence and resilience.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Design and publishing tools such as Canva.
• Electronic medical record systems, particularly Best Practice.
