Registered Nurse – Community Mental Health (Mobile Team)

About the role

The Mental Health Nurse will join the Mobile Assertive Treatment Team within Sydney Local Health District’s Community Mental Health Services, delivering assessment, treatment and coordinated care to consumers in the community.

Key responsibilities

• Provide intake, assessment, consultation and treatment for mental health consumers in the community.
• Coordinate care, including extended and short‑term care packages, and ensure ongoing monitoring.

Required profile

• Current nursing registration with AHPRA.
• Demonstrated competencies in contemporary mental health practice.
• Commitment to recovery‑oriented services and consumer involvement.
• Current NSW driver’s licence (P1 or P2 acceptable).
