Registered Nurse – Community Aged Care

About the role

Join AnglicareSA as a Registered Nurse delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care to older South Australians in their homes. You will use your clinical expertise to support independence, safety and wellbeing across a range of health needs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop care plans for customers with complex health needs.
• Manage escalated cases, including restorative, short‑term and palliative care, and provide wound‑management expertise.
• Collaborate with families, multidisciplinary teams and other health professionals to ensure timely delivery of appropriate services.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold high clinical governance standards in a fast‑paced community environment.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and a Bachelor of Nursing.
• Minimum 3 years post‑registration experience in acute hospital or community settings.
• Strong clinical judgement, ability to work autonomously and manage a dynamic caseload.
• Current driver’s licence and access to a fully insured vehicle.
