About the role

Sidekicker is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to provide high‑quality aged‑care support across Warburton and the Yarra Valley. This casual role offers flexible shifts so you can work when it best fits your lifestyle while delivering dignified, resident‑focused care.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and medication administration for aged‑care residents.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with health‑service standards.
• Provide compassionate support, promoting residents’ independence and wellbeing.

Required profile

• Current, valid AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Valid National Police Check and up‑to‑date vaccinations (COVID‑19 booster and flu shot).
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality aged‑care services.
• Preferably a valid NDIS Worker Screening Check (not essential).

Required skills

• Clinical nursing expertise in aged‑care settings.
• Ability to follow clinical protocols and documentation standards.
