Regional Manager - South-East Asia & Oceania

About the role

Carlsberg Export & License is seeking a commercially driven Regional Manager to lead its business across South-East Asia and Oceania. You will own full P&L responsibility for the Export & License region, driving sustainable growth across beer, cider and non‑alcoholic beverages.

Key responsibilities

• Own regional performance and growth with full P&L ownership for export and license.
• Set and deliver top‑ and bottom‑line growth targets through strong commercial execution and partner performance.
• Develop and execute ambitious regional strategies, budgets and long‑term plans.
• Drive brand‑building and equity development through ATL and BTL activities with license/export partners.
• Build and develop On‑Trade operations as a key growth and brand‑building channel.
• Design and embed future‑fit route‑to‑market (RTM) and commercial operating models across the region.
• Strengthen sourcing, distribution and partner set‑ups to unlock growth.
• Accelerate premiumisation and market‑share expansion across categories and channels.
• Identify and activate new growth pockets within existing markets.
• Build and strengthen relationships with licensees, distributors and strategic partners, acting as the face of Carlsberg in the region.

Required profile

• Degree in Sales, Marketing and/or Business Management.
• 10+ years of experience in commercial leadership, preferably within the beverage or consumer goods sector.
