Regional Manager Oceania – Luxury Automotive

About the role

As the Head of Lamborghini Oceania you will steer the brand’s strategic direction across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to Automobili Lamborghini headquarters, you will be accountable for sales growth, market share, profitability and premium customer experiences while preserving the exclusivity of the Lamborghini name.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the Lamborghini Oceania strategy, meeting agreed sales, market‑share, profitability and customer‑experience targets.
• Lead all customer‑facing functions – Sales, Aftersales, Marketing, Public Relations and Network Development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Lamborghini headquarters, retail partners and key regional stakeholders.
• Drive retailer performance through network management, coaching, governance and business planning.
• Conduct market analysis, volume planning and production allocation to maximise opportunities across Oceania.
• Identify growth opportunities, new sales channels and strategic initiatives for long‑term sustainability.
• Ensure the dealer network delivers premium experiences aligned with global standards, including electrification readiness.
• Act as the regional ambassador at industry, media and stakeholder events.
• Develop team capability through leadership, coaching and performance management.

Required profile

• Senior executive with strong commercial acumen and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Proven track record in luxury automotive brand management, covering sales, aftersales, marketing and network development.
• Experience leading high‑performing teams and managing retailer networks.
• Ability to analyse market data, plan volumes and allocate production effectively.
• Understanding of electrification, digitalisation and future mobility trends.
