Regional Manager - Joint Replacement

About the role

Stryker is seeking a Regional Manager to lead its Joint Replacement portfolio across Sydney, NSW, covering North Sydney to Newcastle. You will own regional commercial performance, build clinical partnerships and develop a high‑performing sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver regional revenue growth, profit and market‑share targets for hip and knee replacement solutions.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of five Sales Representatives, driving performance against sales and capability metrics.
• Build long‑term relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, operating‑theatre teams and hospital decision‑makers.
• Execute regional sales strategies aligned to surgeon demand, hospital priorities and portfolio objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in implantable medical device sales.
• At least 2 years in a people‑leadership or sales‑management role.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, science, healthcare or related field.
• Valid Australian driver’s licence.
