Regional Manager – Australia & New Zealand

About the role

Fever is seeking a Regional Manager to lead the growth of original live‑entertainment events across Australia and New Zealand. You will build and manage a high‑performing team, own the regional P&L and represent Fever with C‑level partners.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a regional team of Project Managers, Producers, Location Scouters and other talent.
• Define and execute the growth strategy, ensuring sales performance, customer excellence and operational quality to meet quarterly and annual KPIs.
• Develop and maintain senior relationships with major entertainment companies and negotiate high‑value deals.
• Analyze local market data to expand Fever’s portfolio and drive market penetration.
• Report performance regularly and support scalability of experiences to other cities.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in project management, consulting or startup environments.
• MBA from a top‑tier school preferred.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational and leadership abilities with large‑team management experience.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive complex projects to success.
