Regional Leader – Facades & Sustainability

About the role

Join the Façade and Sustainability team as a Regional Leader, overseeing a multidisciplinary group that designs high‑performance building envelopes and drives sustainable outcomes across the region. Based in North Sydney, you will combine people leadership, technical expertise and commercial acumen to deliver innovative, cost‑effective solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and develop a high‑performing team, fostering an inclusive culture aligned with company values.
• Translate regional strategy into clear priorities, goals and measurable outcomes, managing utilisation, revenue and profitability KPIs.
• Develop fee proposals, manage budgets, forecast financial performance and monitor cash flow.
• Provide technical oversight on façade and sustainability projects, including design, analysis, specifications and construction‑phase support.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors and consultants, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to required standards.

Required profile

• Significant experience in façade engineering, building envelope design or related consulting.
• Proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering projects through design to construction.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and financial performance.
• Chartered Engineer status or equivalent professional accreditation is preferred.
