Regional Lead – Real Estate & Corporate Security, Asia Pacific

About the role

Fresenius Medical Care is looking for a Regional Lead for Global Real Estate and Corporate Security covering the Asia Pacific region. The role delivers end-to-end real estate, facilities and security programs across a portfolio of offices, clinics, laboratories and manufacturing sites, working through a highly outsourced model with third-party partners. It reports to the Head of International Real Estate and Corporate Security.

Key responsibilities

• Own the real estate portfolio strategy for the region, including transactions, space planning, design and construction delivery, and footprint strategies such as expansion, consolidation and optimisation
• Act as primary partner to Country Managers and regional business leaders, and escalate regional issues
• Manage brokers, construction project managers, facilities management providers and security vendors, setting performance standards, SLAs and governance
• Oversee corporate security, including physical security, vendor oversight, incident response and risk assessments
• Ensure compliance with local, national and international regulations and track regional performance metrics
• Partner with Global Real Estate and Corporate Security Centers of Excellence and support global initiatives
• Lead and develop a regional team of real estate, facilities and/or security professionals

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, real estate or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 12-15+ years of experience in international real estate, facilities and/or corporate security leadership
• Proven experience in complex, multi-country environments and managing outsourced delivery models
• Experience managing multi-asset portfolios and partnering with senior business leaders
• 25% to 50% travel required
