About the role
WOW Recruitment is seeking a Regional Account Manager to act as the bridge between premium product ranges and leading hospitality brands across South Australia, the Northern Territory and Tasmania. You will spend most of your time on the road, building strong relationships with hotels, accommodation groups and distributors while identifying growth opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and expand a diverse portfolio of hospitality clients across SA, NT and TAS.
- Deliver solutions‑based selling by understanding client needs and proposing tailored product packages.
- Proactively hunt new business and increase market footprint in emerging regions.
- Maintain accurate quotes, sales forecasts and CRM records using SAP and Phocas.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Warehouse teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Required profile
- Proven sales experience in the hotel, hospitality or office‑supply sectors.
- Self‑starter with a genuine love for travel and the ability to work autonomously across a wide geographic area.
- Strong communicator and negotiator, comfortable presenting to boardrooms and on‑site hotel teams.
- Accountable with a focus on accurate reporting and pipeline management.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint proficiency.
- Experience using SAP and Phocas (or similar ERP/BI tools).
