Key responsibilities

• Develop new business through phone and face‑to‑face outreach, building long‑term client relationships.
• Understand client hiring needs, provide practical advice and negotiate terms and fees.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market trends, network extensively and build market knowledge.
• Attract, engage and support top candidates throughout interviews and offers.
• Collaborate with a high‑performing team, sharing knowledge and supporting each other's success.

Required profile

• Curiosity, tenacity and accountability with a clear sales aptitude.
• Comfortable prospecting B2B customers over the phone.
• At least 12 months of sales experience or a mindset suited to a 360 recruitment desk.

Required skills

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain client and candidate relationships.
