Account Manager – Technology Solutions

About the role

Convergint is looking for an ambitious Account Manager to grow and maintain client relationships in Perth. You will work with a global leader in security, network and audio‑visual solutions, driving revenue and market share within a defined portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, ensuring excellent customer experience and long‑term partnerships.
• Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and pursue new business leads.
• Collaborate with technical teams to propose tailored IT, AV and security solutions.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, presenting proposals and leading negotiations.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of account management or sales experience, preferably in AV workplace solutions, electronic security or ICT.
• Proven track record of winning new business and expanding existing accounts.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology or a related field is preferred.
• Driven “hunter” mindset, adaptable and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of security systems and audio‑visual technology solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
