Recruitment Consultant – Consumer Sales Desk

About the role

Join Six Degrees Executive’s Sydney team as a Recruitment Consultant on an established, permanent Consumer Sales desk. You will hit the ground running with existing client relationships and live roles ready to fill.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your own 360 recruitment desk end‑to‑end, delivering high‑calibre assignments for a strong client base.
• Build and nurture genuine relationships with both clients and candidates to achieve quality outcomes.
• Leverage provided tools, systems and training while operating the desk your way.

Required profile

• Agency recruitment experience with a passion for sales recruitment.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and a collaborative, busy‑environment mindset.
• Commitment to continuous learning and delivering value in every interaction.
