About the role
Join Forefront Recruitment as a Recruitment Consultant focusing on the construction sector. You will develop your own market, own client relationships and drive revenue through phone‑based sales and candidate engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Make cold calls to candidates and develop new relationships.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to closing deals.
- Grow the Forefront brand within the construction industry.
- Collaborate with a Director and experienced team, supported by admin and marketing.
Required profile
- At least one year of recruitment experience in construction or a related field.
- Proven ability to demonstrate a recruitment process, close deals and build strong client relationships.
- Self‑motivated, able to manage own workload and take ownership of a market.
What we offer
- Base salary $75k‑$90k plus super, with quarterly commission and annual bonuses.
