About the role

The Recruitment Business Partner will shape Icon Water’s future workforce by attracting, engaging and securing talent that aligns with strategic objectives. Working closely with hiring managers, you will provide trusted recruitment advice and lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition activities.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment strategy.
• Lead full recruitment cycles, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Develop attraction strategies, talent pipelines and employer branding initiatives.
• Optimize recruitment systems, processes and onboarding activities.
• Analyse recruitment metrics and market insights to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end recruitment in a complex organisation.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to influence hiring decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and trusted advisory skills.
• Data‑driven, organised and solutions‑focused with strong project management abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with contemporary recruitment practices and talent acquisition technologies.
• Ability to develop and implement employee value proposition and branding initiatives.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
