Recreation Officer – Fitness & Wellness at Ayers Rock Resort

About the role

Join Ayers Rock Resort as a Recreation Officer and lead fitness and wellbeing programs for our resident community. You will design and deliver group fitness classes, provide personal training, and support a vibrant recreation centre on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Administer memberships, reporting and related documentation.
• Plan, organise and deliver group fitness sessions and team‑sport activities.
• Provide one‑to‑one personal training tailored to all fitness levels.
• Assist members with all recreation centre services, ensuring a safe and engaging environment.

Required profile

• Certificate III or IV in Personal Training or Group Fitness Instruction.
• Passion for motivating people of diverse fitness abilities.
• Willingness to relocate to Yulara, NT and undergo a national criminal history check.
