Receptionist Workplace Coordinator – Onsite

About the role

The Receptionist Workplace Coordinator is the first point of contact for visitors and staff, ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment. This onsite role supports day‑to‑day presentation, functionality and overall office experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage front‑of‑house duties including reception, visitor registration, badge issuance and call handling during business hours.
• Oversee mail and courier services, maintain accurate reception records and ensure compliance with security procedures.
• Maintain a clean, well‑presented office across reception, meeting rooms, kitchens and common areas, conducting regular inspections and opening/closing checks.
• Support catering, hospitality and event services, prepare meeting rooms and assist with hybrid meeting setups.
• Act as primary liaison with building management, contractors and vendors to resolve facilities issues promptly.
• Provide administrative support for onboarding/off‑boarding, workplace communications, health‑safety compliance and record keeping.
