Receptionist – Premium Sports Club

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and proactive Receptionist to be the first and last point of contact for members and guests at the brand‑new Sporting Club of Sydney in Moore Park. You will help deliver premium, memorable experiences in a state‑of‑the‑art sports and wellness environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet members, guests and visitors, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Handle payment transactions, membership enquiries and booking of facilities.
• Coordinate with the fitness, swimming, tennis, squash, golf and creche teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain the front‑desk area, update member records and respond to phone and email queries.
• Support the delivery of high‑standard customer service during early mornings, evenings and weekends.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills and a problem‑solving attitude.
• 1–2 years experience in reception, concierge or similar customer‑service roles.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings and weekends.
• Team‑player with a can‑do mindset and a focus on premium service.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates are desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Mindbody or similar booking software (desirable).
• Comfort with handling payment transactions.
