About the role
Interactive is seeking a friendly and organised Receptionist to manage the front desk at its St Leonards office. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and play a key role in maintaining a professional and welcoming environment within a vibrant IT services company.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, professional front‑of‑house experience.
- Maintain office presentation and oversee daily operations.
- Support reporting, expense reconciliation and event coordination.
- Provide administrative assistance to People & Culture and other business teams.
- Coordinate staff travel bookings.
Required profile
- Experience in a busy reception or front‑of‑house role.
- Strong customer‑service mindset with a proactive approach.
- Professional communication and presentation skills.
- Availability to work rostered shifts Monday‑Friday, 7:30 am – 5:00 pm.
