RAES Compliance Officer

About the role

Roper Gulf Regional Council is seeking an experienced RAES Compliance Officer to join its Remote Australia Employment Services team in Katherine. This is a key administrative and compliance role supporting the delivery of the RAES contract across remote communities in the Roper Gulf region. You will help implement a sustainable delivery model, monitor compliance systems and achieve key performance indicators, while building respectful and trusting relationships with job seekers and community stakeholders.

The position is fixed term until 30 June 2028, full time, based in Katherine, NT. Only applicants shortlisted for further assessment will be contacted.

Required profile

• Valid working with children card (Ochre Card)
• Completion of a national police check application form before starting employment

• Base salary of $83,855.24 to $92,186.19 per year depending on experience, plus superannuation
