Quality Manager – Lead Transformation in Energy Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Manager to drive transformation across a critical energy infrastructure operation. This role goes beyond traditional QA, owning quality strategy, leading Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, and building capability across a multi‑country environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute quality strategy for the local operating unit.
• Ensure project quality and audit readiness.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
• Coach teams and build quality capability.
• Champion a customer‑focused culture change.

Required profile

• 7+ years of quality leadership experience (management, project quality, continuous improvement).
• Expertise in QMS, audits, RCA/CAPA, Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen.
• Background in power, grid, transformers, or high‑voltage sectors.
• Engineering degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead transformation.
