About the role
This part‑time opportunity is for an experienced Property Lawyer to review NSW residential contracts for Conveyancing.com.au. The work is flexible and can be fitted around your current commitments, providing additional income while supporting a growing team.
Key responsibilities
- Receive contracts from the company and conduct thorough reviews to meet high‑quality standards.
- Deliver feedback and recommendations within agreed timeframes based on your availability.
Required profile
- At least 12 months experience in conveyancing with a genuine interest in property law.
- Admitted to the Supreme Court and hold a valid practising certificate.
- Proven ability to work in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
- Team‑oriented mindset, valuing collegial collaboration.
Required skills
- Proficient in reviewing NSW residential contracts.
- Valid practising certificate and admission to the Supreme Court.
