About the role
This is a hybrid Property Lawyer position within Conveyancing.com.au, a national conveyancing law firm. You will support drafting, contract review and settlement functions while contributing to business strategy and the new Seller Disclosure regime.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and review residential conveyancing contracts across Queensland, with exposure to Victoria and New South Wales.
- Provide settlement support during high‑volume periods and maintain best practice processes.
- Manage clients through the residential conveyancing journey, including negotiations and liaison with authorities.
Required profile
- At least 18 months’ experience in a high‑volume conveyancing environment.
- Admission to the Supreme Court and a valid practising certificate.
- Willingness to work across multiple jurisdictions and drive process improvements.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of QLD residential conveyancing, contract drafting and review.
- Experience handling transfer matters, off‑the‑plan reviews and settlement sign‑off.
