Promotional Planning Coordinator

About the role

The Promotional Planning Coordinator oversees the effective execution of retail and trade promotional programs, making sure they align with the objectives set out during budgeting and planning, while supporting the Merchandise teams. The role is based in Rowville.

Key responsibilities

• Extract, process and validate data files from internal tools to ensure catalogues are accurate and complete
• Prepare and finalise event data so reporting is accurate and data can move smoothly between systems
• Upload and manage data files on designated platforms, keeping workflows consistent
• Maintain data accuracy, integrity and alignment with organisational standards across tools and platforms
• Update and manage product lists in line with cataloguing standards
• Collaborate on projects that improve catalogue processes, introduce innovations and boost system efficiency
• Help cross-functional teams adopt new tools, workflows and systems

Required profile

• 3 years' experience in catalogue production and planning within a high-volume business
• Sound computer skills
• SQL and Hybris program experience
• Previous experience in a merchandise team preferred
• Strong data analysis, reporting and problem-solving skills, with a high attention to detail
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
