Projects Coordinator - Wholesale

About the role

Bellroy is looking for a Projects Coordinator to own the projects that bring the brand to wholesale and distributor customers. It is a producer role, not a creative one: running trade show logistics end to end, taking retail displays from concept to a made, shipped, in-store reality, and getting printed range guides and concertinas to the wholesale team before customer showings. You will liaise between Creative, Production, Finance, Logistics and the wholesale leads, reporting to the Senior Sales Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines and budgets
• Run trade show logistics end to end, including setting up design meetings, briefing the sales manager on the floor and arranging printers for graphics
• Take wholesale displays from a designer's concept through to a finished product, coordinating builds with Production and imports with Logistics
• Get printed range guides and concertinas to the wholesale team ahead of customer showings
• Keep stakeholders aligned and ensure projects stay on time and on budget

Required profile

• 2+ years running cross-functional projects from a rough brief to a delivered result, coordinating people who do not report to you
• Project management fundamentals: scoping work, setting timelines, managing budgets, keeping stakeholders aligned
• Producer's instinct for ownership and comfort answering "who owns this?" with your own name
• Ability to translate between creative, production, logistics and wholesale teams
• Commercial awareness of wholesale and distributor relationships
• Comfort working across time zones (Australia, Singapore, California, Europe)
• Strong written and verbal communication and a bias toward action
