Project Support Officer – Digital Health & Communications

About the role

Join a Federal Government client in Canberra to support a digital health delivery team. You will coordinate communications, stakeholder readiness and governance, ensuring delivery leads have accurate information and stakeholders understand upcoming changes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop communication plans and stakeholder engagement registers.
• Prepare implementation communications, project updates, FAQs, newsletters, presentations and intranet content.
• Support change‑management and business‑readiness activities.
• Coordinate stakeholder consultations, readiness assessments and governance forums.
• Track communication and engagement activities and report outcomes.
• Maintain project plans, RAID registers, agendas, minutes and action registers.
• Produce project reports, executive briefs and governance papers.

Required profile

• Experience supporting project change and communication activities.
• Ability to produce clear communications for diverse stakeholder groups.
• Proven coordination of stakeholder consultations or readiness activities.
• Background in business‑led ICT or digital delivery.
• Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Australian citizenship and a current Baseline security clearance (or higher).
