Project Scheduler – Expression of Interest (Australia)

About the role

We are looking for experienced Project Schedulers to join our consultancy team on an expression of interest basis. Successful candidates will support the planning, development and maintenance of complex project schedules for new initiatives across Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and assure integrated schedules, ensuring logical sequencing, accurate baselines and alignment with program objectives.
• Apply advanced scheduling techniques such as logic validation, critical‑path analysis, constraint management and schedule health checks.
• Analyse schedules to identify slippage, float erosion, delivery risks and opportunities for recovery planning.
• Prepare clear schedule reports, dashboards and milestone updates for governance forums and senior decision‑making.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate inputs, review schedule artefacts and translate planning data into actionable insights.
• Promote consistent scheduling governance and best‑practice methodologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project scheduling experience within a consultancy environment.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Current NV1 security clearance or higher and Australian citizenship.
• Professional certifications such as PMP are highly desirable.
