Project Manager

About the role

Crown Resorts is seeking a Project Manager to lead the transformation of spaces across its Melbourne property. You will oversee complex capital projects from concept through delivery, ensuring they meet time, budget, and quality expectations while supporting the creation of world‑class guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Drive multiple construction projects from inception to completion, maintaining schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Develop detailed project briefs, budgets, and integrate them into master programmes; lead vendor RFP/RFT processes.
• Coordinate pre‑construction approvals, collaborate with design teams, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage contract administration, track timelines, and proactively address risks and opportunities.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, communicate progress, and delegate tasks effectively.

Required profile

• Qualifications in Construction, Project Management or a related discipline.
• Proven experience delivering complex, high‑value capital projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to hold stakeholders accountable.
• Excellent organizational and leadership capabilities.
