Project Manager – IT Infrastructure

About the role

Atturra is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver IT Infrastructure projects for its Managed Services Business Unit in Sydney. You will manage multiple projects across NSW, ensuring they meet quality, scope, time and budget expectations while satisfying client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects using Atturra’s PMO methodology and tools, providing formal status reports to business partners, program managers and steering committees.
• Coordinate with business partners, technology providers, stakeholders and the PMO to align objectives, deliverables and timelines.
• Maintain relationships with team members, customers and vendors, providing visibility, direction and leadership.
• Produce and oversee project artefacts, workshop outputs and change requests, ensuring quality and completeness.
• Identify, log, monitor and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• 7+ years of technology project management experience, preferably within an IT integrator or Managed Services Provider.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to build and lead teams in complex organisational environments.
• Commercial experience with a solid understanding of revenue, profit and financial dynamics of a consultancy business.
• Ability to work under pressure, resolve conflicts and achieve consensus among users and stakeholders.
